The Lytton First Nation (LFN) is recruiting a Finance Manager for the Finance department. The Finance Manager is responsible to assist the Finance Director in the management and administration of the Lytton First Nation (LFN) Finance Program including the preparation, administration and control of operating and capital budgets, financial planning and reporting, financial statement preparation, general accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, project-capital accounting, and the development of accounting reports.
The Lytton First Nation is recruiting a Kitchen Manager for the Battlefield Community Kitchen. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for providing support and supervision in the LFN community hall kitchen. Also, ensuring all the appliances are cleaned and sanitized, and ingredients are stored properly. Keeping an inventory of equipment and ingredients, and prep food for local emergency situations such as power outages.
The Lytton First Nation is recruiting a Home Support Worker Level 1, who is responsible for providing homemaking services to Elders and others who require care and resources in their homes. The worker will provide in-home support services to the clients in the Home and Community Care Program. The worker will work under the supervision and support of the Social Development Program.
The Lytton First Nation (LFN) is recruiting a Child Welfare Advocate for Social Development. The Child Welfare Advocate report to the Social Development Manager and will work with the Child Advocate Program to support LFN children and families involved in the Child Welfare System and Advance Jurisdiction in Child Welfare. The Child Welfare Advocate will help assist LFN members with family court, transportation to court, assist with home visits, and help to find local caregivers and ensure to connect families living out of the community to their Nkshaytkn and community.

Reporting to the Social Development Manager, the Social Services Assistant is responsible for the assessment and processing of financial aid for LFN members and providing secretarial and general administrative support to the Social Development Manager.
The Lytton First Nation (LFN) Restorative Justice Department is seeking an Office Assistant to provide support to the Restorative Justice Manager. The Office assistant will be the first point of contact, and will create a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
The Lytton First Nation is currently recruiting for the position of Janitor to do relief work as needed. The successful applicant would work on a part time basis to fill in for janitors who need sick leave or holiday.
The Tl’Kemtsin Health Department is recruiting an Event Coordinator that is responsible for planning events in the delivery of community health, treatment, and surveillance programs to address health prevention, intervention, and treatment needs within the community. As a member of the Health Care Team, the Event Coordinator is also responsible for liaising with patients, families, the community, and health care providers to ensure patients and families understand their conditions and treatment and are receiving the appropriate care. The Event Coordinator is also responsible for providing health education and monitoring the community health during epidemics and emergencies.
The Tl’Kemtsin Health Department is recruiting a Community Health Representative (CHR) that is responsible for participating in the delivery of community health, treatment, and surveillance programs to address health prevention, intervention and treatment needs within the community. As a member of the Health Care Team, the CHR is also responsible for liaising with patients, families, the community and
Health care providers to ensure patients and families understand their conditions and treatment and are receiving the appropriate care. The CHR is also responsible for providing health education and monitoring the community health during epidemics and emergencies.
The Lytton First Nation (LFN) is currently recruiting a qualified Drug and Alcohol Support Worker for Tl’Kemtsin Health. This position is classified as temporary full-time, working under the support and supervision of the Health Manager. The Drug and Alcohol Support Worker will be responsible for providing support services to vulnerable and at-risk clients who require counselling support and treatment advocacy. The incumbent will provide support services to the clients at the Tl’Kemtsin Community Health Centre, Westside Stein Hall and Administration building as needed.
The Lytton First Nation (LFN) Social Development Department is recruiting a driver for the Community Coordinator team. There are several events planned to include the community, for youth to elders. The driver must maintain a cheerful disposition for all trips. The driver is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from events. The driver must have great interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all ages and have the ability to maintain professionalism in the position.
The Lytton First Nation (LFN) is recruiting a qualified and experienced Full-Time Home and Community Nurse for the Tl’Kemtsin Health Office. The Home and Community Health Nurse will be responsible to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate professional nursing care for clients with acute, chronic or palliative health care needs and their caregivers in a clinic, client’s home and/or community setting. Care is family centered and emphasizes the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health, the prevention and treatment of disease through teaching, counselling and direct nursing care and the provision of support for the client with a terminal illness, caregivers and other health care providers. The Home and Community Nurse participates in health promotion activities and acts a liaison between the program, hospital units, community health providers and community support services.
The Lytton First Nation (LFN) is seeking a dedicated individual as the Home Health Care Aide with the LFN Tl’Kemtsin Health team. The Home Health Care Aide will work under the support and supervision of the Health Manager. The Home Health Care Aide will provide assistance and instruction in managing and maintaining home care where needed.
